Digital Product Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.

Once your purchase is completed and the digital file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• You did not receive access to the purchased file.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and a replacement cannot be provided.
